Brampton Engineering and P&O Packaging featured in Plastics Technology Magazine

Brampton Engineering helping customers with technology that allows for “tremendous flexibility and outstanding control.”

Good news should be shared! Brampton Engineering customer P&O Packaging received recognition for its successful expansion into the food and specialty film packaging industry. The company, part of Inteplast Group’s Industrial Films business based out of Dalton, Ga., was featured in the April 2015 issue of Plastics Technology for expanding into the barrier packaging industry. P&O shifted its sights from a manufacturer of wall-to-wall carpet packaging to the industrial film market, specifically the food and specialty film packaging, with the help of Brampton Engineering.

P&O chose Brampton Engineering to supply its new nine-layer barrier film to a new era as P&O moved into the complex barrier-film business. P&O President, Dale Brockman, told the magazine that the line was commissioned in under 24 hours and offers “tremendous flexibility and offers outstanding control of the process.”

Whether in North America or abroad, the BE logo is behind the world’s most successful barrier packaging companies. “The BE team is proud to help its customers excel in the barrier packaging arena,” says BE President Gary Hughes. “It was a pleasure to be part of P&O Packaging’s exciting plans and excellent team work.”
